Virtually all of our advertising displays a 1800 toll free number for buyers to call on any of our properties for sale where they can hear a fully automated prerecorded message of your home and its amenities. When they do, we will be automatically and immediately notified of the call, the buyers name and phone number, the source of their call and whether they are standing outside your home right now while making that call. The buyer may press the zero key on their phone to be directly connected to our office live, or we’ll call them back and ask if they have further interest in the home. If there is no further interest in that home, or it is sold, we can sell them another one of our listings-now that’s powerful.
